About Dales Pool and Hot Tub Services
A family-run business that keeps pools and hot tubs across Rochester and Kent clean, safe and ready to enjoy.
Who We Are
Dales Pool and Hot Tub Services is a family business with more than 18 years’ experience in the pool and spa industry. We look after swimming pools, swim spas and hot tubs for homeowners across Rochester, Medway and the wider Kent area. We provide regular cleaning and maintenance, water treatment, repairs and seasonal servicing.
We own a pool and hot tub ourselves, so we understand the work and costs that come with them. That first-hand experience shapes everything we do, from the practical advice we give to the way we plan each visit.
Award-Winning Service
We were named Best Pool Services in Rochester by the Quality Business Awards in both 2024 and 2025, with an overall quality score above 95%. Our customers come back year after year, and many find us through friends and neighbours who recommend us.

Swift response following urgent call out to carry out repairs to damaged pool pipe work. Arrived at agreed time. Reasonable price for work with no hidden costs. Polite and friendly, non-rushed service. Very knowledgeable and experienced and very willing to share this in response to many general questions regarding my own pool.

Will not hesitate to call Dales Pool and Hot Tub Services again should the need arise or to discuss related topics. 5* Star rating given not only because of the aforementioned, but also when compared to both the very average and below average companies, I have had to misfortune to encounter in the past.
Geoff
My regular go-to company for maintaining my swimming pool and hot tub. Knowing they are in safe hands with a qualified engineer, takes the stress away, especially with our children and friends using our swimming pool and hot tub.
Very happy with the service continually received and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional service.
Joyce
Very pleased with the hot tub intensive clean, my hot tub looked like new afterwards!
I had been using another company, who turned out to be unreliable, the service I received at Dales Pool and Hot Tub Services was excellent.
I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
